1. Check-in and Check-out Time
The check-in time is not considered for billing, and the check-out time is
12:00 noon.
If you wish to extend your stay after 12:00, please coordinate with the reception
before 9:00 AM.
Extension cost: from 12:00 to 17:00 equals 50% of one night’s stay, and after 17:00
equals
one full night.
2. Guest Valuables & Minibar
- The hotel is not responsible for cash or valuable items. Please take care of your belongings.
- You may deposit valuable items at the reception and receive a receipt.
- Please handle room property with care; any damages will be charged according to hotel
regulations.
- Please check the minibar contents upon arrival. If there are any discrepancies, notify
housekeeping (301, 302) or reception (9).
- For minibar restocking, please contact housekeeping at 301 or 302.
3. Room Key
Please return your room key to the reception upon departure. In case of loss, replacement costs will
apply.
4. Breakfast & Restaurant
Breakfast is free for guests who stayed in the hotel the night before and is only served in the
restaurant.
Breakfast hours: 07:00 to 09:00 — It is recommended to visit before 09:00.
Lunch hours: 12:00 to 16:00 — Dinner hours: 19:00 to 22:00.
5. Prohibitions
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel.
- Bringing pets such as dogs, cats, and birds into the hotel is forbidden.
6. Quiet Hours
To ensure guest comfort, quiet hours for the lobby and floors 1 & 2 begin at 23:00.
7. Housekeeping
Housekeeping staff clean rooms daily.
If you do not wish for cleaning, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign. To request cleaning,
hang the “Please Clean” sign.
Note: If the “Do Not Disturb” sign remains on the door for more than 2 hours,
for your safety, staff may call your room or enter in case of no response.
8. TV & Qibla Direction
Local and international news and movie channels are available. For technical issues, contact
housekeeping.
The Qibla direction is marked with an arrow on the ceiling. A prayer mat and mohr are in the drawer
of the dressing table.
9. Guest Services & Reception
- Please drop written suggestions or complaints in the suggestion box next to reception.
- For information or to change check-out dates, contact reception (9).
- Taxis are available 24/7 through reception.
10. Phone Calls & Fax
For outside calls, contact reception (9). Local calls are free; non-local calls cost
2000 Rials per minute.

11. Prayer Room & Events
The prayer room and public restrooms for ladies and gentlemen are located next to the reception.
The hotel can host conferences, meetings, weddings, birthday parties, and anniversaries.

12. Final Notes
To change your departure date, please inform reception at least one day in advance.
