Reservations are only confirmed after payment or receipt of a written/digital confirmation.
Cancellation or modification is subject to specific timeframes and fees.
A valid ID card or Passport is required upon check-in.
Rates may or may not include local taxes and fees based on current regulations.
1) Definitions
"Guest" refers to the person(s) making the booking. "Hotel" refers to Kohrang Hotel.
"Confirmed Reservation" occurs when the deposit or full amount is paid and/or a written
confirmation is received from the hotel.
2) General Booking Conditions
Accurate information is required when registering a reservation.
Any discrepancy in information may lead to cancellation or room changes.
3) Rates, Taxes & Fees
Displayed rates may exclude taxes and fees; details will be included in the final invoice.
Extra services (mini-bar, laundry, etc.) are charged separately.
4) Payment & Guarantee
The hotel may require a deposit or credit card guarantee to confirm the booking. Failure to
pay within the stipulated time means the reservation is not confirmed.
5) Cancellation, Modification & No-Show
Cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival: No penalty or minimal fee.
Cancellation between 72 to 24 hours before arrival: A percentage of the first
night's fee will be charged.
Cancellation less than 24 hours or No-Show: Full charge for the first night per
room.
6) Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-in: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
Check-out: 12:00 (12:00 PM)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees.
7) Capacity, Children & Extra Beds
Room capacity is limited. Policies regarding children and extra bed charges are calculated
based on current rates.
8) Identification Documents
Presentation of a valid ID card or Passport is mandatory for all guests. Failure to provide
documents will result in refusal of admission.
9) Conduct & Quiet Hours
Observing silence during rest hours is required. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the
reservation in case of disturbance or inappropriate behavior.
10) Prohibitions
Smoking in rooms, bringing pets without prior approval, and any illegal activities are
strictly prohibited.
11) Damages & Deposit
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property. The hotel may request a cash
deposit or card hold as a guarantee.
12) Privacy Policy
Your data is used solely for reservation management and service improvement, maintained in
accordance with data protection laws.
13) Force Majeure
The hotel is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its
control (natural disasters, emergency regulations, etc.).
14) Overbooking
In the event of a system error resulting in overbooking, the hotel will arrange a refund or
transfer to a similar accommodation in coordination with you.
15) Complaints Procedure
For complaints or feedback, please use the hotel's contact information. We aim to respond as
quickly as possible.
16) Policy Amendments
Kohrang Hotel reserves the right to update these terms. The "Last Updated" date is displayed
at the top of the page.
Greetings and thank you for choosing us; we wish you a pleasant stay. For your comfort and
convenience during your stay, please note the following points.
1. Check-in & Check-out
The check-in time does not affect calculation; the check-out time is
12:00 PM (Noon).
If you wish to extend your stay beyond 12:00 PM, please coordinate with the reception before
9:00 AM.
Extension Charges: From 12:00 to 17:00 is calculated as 50% of the night's
rate, and after 17:00 as a full night.
2. Valuables & Mini-bar
The hotel assumes no responsibility for cash and valuables left in the room; please
safeguard your belongings.
You may hand over valuables to the reception for safe keeping and receive a receipt.
Please take care of room amenities; any damage will be charged to your account according
to regulations.
Please check the mini-bar contents upon arrival. Report any discrepancies to
Housekeeping (301, 302) or Reception (9).
For mini-bar refills, please contact Housekeeping at 301 or 302.
3. Room Key
Please hand over the key to the reception when leaving the hotel. Lost keys will incur a
replacement fee.
4. Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast is complimentary for overnight guests and served only in the restaurant.
Breakfast Hours: 07:00 to 09:00 — We suggest arriving before 09:00.
Lunch Hours: 12:00 to 16:00 — Dinner Hours: 19:00 to 22:00.
5. Prohibitions
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel.
Bringing pets such as dogs, cats, and birds inside the hotel is prohibited.
6. Quiet Hours
To respect other guests, quiet hours in the lobby and corridors of the 1st and 2nd floors
begin at 23:00 (11:00 PM).
7. Housekeeping
Our housekeeping team cleans rooms daily.
If you do not wish for service, please hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign. For cleaning,
use the "Please Clean" sign.
Note: If a "Do Not Disturb" sign remains for more than 2 hours, hotel
management may contact you or enter the room for safety and security checks.
8. TV & Qibla
Local, news, and movie channels are available. Contact Housekeeping if you experience issues.
The Qibla direction is marked with an arrow on the ceiling. Prayer rugs and Clay stones
(Mohr) are in the vanity drawer.
9. Guest Services & Reception
Please place written suggestions or complaints in the box next to the reception.
For information or to change your departure date, dial Reception (9).
Taxi service is available 24/7 via the reception.
10. Calls & Fax
For external calls, dial Reception (9). Local city calls are free; intercity calls are
charged at approx. 2,000 Rials per minute.
Fax Services: Receiving or sending fax costs 5,000 Rials per page. Hotel Fax

11. Prayer Room & Events
The prayer room and public restrooms for men and women are located next to the reception.
The hotel offers facilities for conferences, seminars, and events (weddings, parties, etc.).

12. Final Notes
Please coordinate with reception at least one day in advance if you decide to change your
check-out date.
Reception and Housekeeping are always at your service for any immediate needs.
